Decent location (though far away from Downtown if you are a tourist). Loft like apt.

I messaged the property a handful of times, they NEVER responded. I tried calling, the number rings and the VoiceMail is full. ZERO service, you’re on your own of anything goes wrong or you have any requests. Cleaning staff was still on location when i arrived. There are no amenities. Furniture is stained, rundown and feels unclean. Kitchen has barely any basics.

Spacious and bright. Floor, beds, kitchen area, and bathrooms were clean.

No private parking available. You have to find your own paid parking on the street and you have to read the times you can park, otherwise you’ll get towed or ticketed. Pee smell and stains on one of the sofas. One of the extra twin beds broke and injured one of my guests which wasn’t even supposed to be there, and upon reporting the incident, host did not respond, instead sent an automated message to thank us for staying and to rate the property.

I recently stayed at this lovely place in Montréal and had a fantastic experience. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. The location is great, and the space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely return next time im here

Location, size of the apartment, fully functional kitchen, clean towels, and linen. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and parking in walking distance.

The apartment needs a complete refurbishment. I regret not reading all the comments beforehand. This property is amazingly big, bright, and conveniently located, but the beds are broken, sofas are with stains and even torn out. You can not black out the sleeping room. Bathrooms have no floor mats. One bathroom has no cold water in the shower area. The single bed for the 5th person is not usable, even for a child. Not even a single action was taken from all previous reviews.

The property is spacious for 6 people. Kitchen was also nice. It has all the appliances working and nice. Kitchen had all the utensils. Cabinet were missing handles.

The property is in busy neighborhood where there is only street parking available. Every night I had to drive around the find a parking spot. It is right above the business property. Old apartment is upgraded with cheaper materials to make it look modern. Sofa bed had some tears. One kitchen chair was broken. Refrigerator doesn’t have ice maker but had two ice plates.

I really like the room, it’s good enough for 6 to 7 people in this room. All kitchen appliances were present, laundry, dryer and dish washing machine, it’s awesome.

The owner needs to be more communicative and more responsive to messages.
