Modern Suites in NDG

We recently stayed at this property in Montreal, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we discovered hairs in the bed, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness of the place. We tried reaching out to the host for assistance with fresh linens, but we received no response throughout our stay. Additionally, the mattress on the side bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Given these issues and the lack of communication from the host, we were quite disappointed with our stay. We hope the host takes these concerns seriously and improves the quality and cleanliness of the property for future.

Everything was broken including beds, shower and dishwasher

Some issues with plumbing and door locks not functioning.

It’s really a modern suite with paintings all around, spacious and bright enough. Shower is good. Washing machine and dryer are good. Location is good.

Beds and chair have broken legs, Not enough chairs, Have so many knifes and spoons but only got three forks, Dish washer can’t function, Floor is sticky, sofa got stain, Too hot during day time but can’t set the temp., No mat on the floor after shower, Single bed have broken leg so have to sleep on sofa with bedsheets on it.

The suite is modern looking, and spacious. That's the only positive thing.

The suite looks modern but the entire floor was sticky and dirty. The host did not add any necessities. There are no extra blankets for your family. The extra mattresses are very cheap in quality. If you put them on the extra bed, they hurt. Bathrooms look nice but the water comes out when you shower. He doesn't provide the bathroom mat so it becomes a mess. The host Host did not provide the shampoo and conditioner. You will only find soap/body wash. The bread toaster didn't work either. The host does not provide free parking. You have to find it on the street by yourself. All the city boards are in French so learn to read them and park carefully. The host should give more instructions in the listing regarding parking as mostly guests come from the other areas and who are not familiar with the city rules. I wouldn't say finding a parking spot is tuff but you need to park at the correct place so your car doesn't get towed away. I would not have booked this place if I knew the above facts.

parking not included but its on side streets right next to property. there are slight limitations but never conflicted. 2 good solid queens with ensuites. the twin is ok for young one, the foldout a bit bigger. very spacious and clean. close to decarie (15 expressway)… easy access to most anywhere.

no curtains it is very difficult to sleep after the sunrise second bathroom damage only hot water it is dangers if not taking care stairs very difficult specially if you have lot of bags
