Cliff Haven on the Bay

Cottage was clean, well equipped kitchen with air fryer, microwave, mini fridge, toaster and stove top. Bedding and towels are of very good quality. Bbq on the deck was a plus. Will definitely recommend the cottage to friends.

The view was beautiful, and with weather conditions being very windy and rainy, the cottage was cozy and comfortable. The proximity to the beach, walking areas and limited shopping was perfect, as it was the Christmas holidays, and we felt like the only tourists in town! Our host was responsive to our every need as promised!

We were not aware that the only television options were streaming platforms, and many required a subscription - it would have been helpful to have a guest list of which channels were available and which were not. The heat pump remote batteries were dead; perhaps a spare set in the cottage would have been helpful, but the host was immediately responsive to bring us a new set!

Loved the view and the quiet privacy. Lovely little cabin. However, possibly due to slow communication from Expedia , I did not receive the email with the directions or door code. Finding the place in the dark with no directions with just the map app is practically impossible. The address of the cabin is at the top of a narrow dead end lane and the address of the host is difficult to find as the house number is very small and neither that nor the small sign for the cabin is not lit in anyway . Taking the directions given by the map app, you will only see the back of the sign. After an hour , I finally found it , and once I did, it was a great place and I really enjoyed it :)
