Phuong on the front desk was super friendly and helpful, there was a small language barrier but she still tried her best and in the end we were able to resolve everything, it is a little far from the centre of town but we were looking for a quiet getaway so it was perfect for us, we were there during the week so it was very peaceful there

When I checked in, the welcoming attitude of the staff made me feel more comfortable here. Room clean and comfortable. The scenery and surroundings are very beautiful. The food is varied and delicious. This is a place worth experiencing.

The kitchen staff and young lads working around the pool were nice. I hope they get a new manager because the rest of the stay was ok and the hotel has potential. It was just such an off-putting start to be scammed the second we walked through the door.

I checked if the hotel was dog friendly when I booked and then messaged once more via booking.com messages, the manager told me that there would be no extra charges or rules for the dog. Then the manager was rude to us as soon as we checked in and tried to charge extra money too. When I denied the dog charge they just charged us extra for city tax. It's not even in the city, it's a 20 minute drive from the city haha. They also had a stupid unclear rule of paying 50% before arrival despite advertising the booking as a pay on arrival. So she tried to say we can't stay anymore too, despite having a free room. The whole situation was very weird and pointless. I think the manager regretted it eventually when she realised we are nice guests and our dog is clean and well trained. Thanks to her attitude they didn't make any further money from me. Not a single meal, not a single drink was bought and I certainly won't be returning.
