The best thing was leaving the hotel. There was nothing to like about the hotel. The Wi-Fi did not work properly, the water was turned off during the morning, the television signal was poor. The food was cold and just left out in the sun.

The hotel advertises that you don’t have to pay until arrival, this is a lie. You are called and told to pay a deposit, looking at this now we realise it was because we would have left when we saw the hotel and they wouldn’t have gained any money. The hotel is nowhere near the city centre, it’s minimum 20 minutes away. It cost over 1.2m VND for the room, at best it’s 300k and that’s at a push with the poor service and amount of problems you experience. It seems like we always speaking to the staff to sort something and we were only there for a night. This is not a resort. Finally you will have numerous charges added to the total, none of these are listed before you pay.

Large space & pool, many tree & windy, 200m to the sea and just take 5 minutes to travel the central Vung Tau city.

The breakfast has the merit of existing. Nothing more +

Housekeeping is a disaster. it was obvious upon entering the room that housekeeping had been done on an express basis. Only a light sweep. right after opening the suitcases, I noticed dozens of hairs on the floor. The room has been repainted but work is still needed. A curtain rod was ready to unhook from the wall (see my photo). If you like insects this room is perfect....ants and mosquitoes. (see my photos). The front door which once closed lets in light but certainly mosquitoes too. I asked for a fourth pillow at the reception .... I had to repeat my request because the wait was getting worrying. It is far from everything but that we knew it. The beach at the end of the street is overcrowded and not pleasant. In the end, the value for money is bad. Over 1,000,000 VND for a motel room....
