"Idyllische Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage"

Alle sind unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum - total idyllisch und ruhig. Man kann zu Fuß, oder mit dem Bus, einfach überall hin. Abendessen wird frisch gekocht und ist fantastisch. Frühstück war auch spitze. Zimmer sind klein, aber super gemütlich und nett eingerichtet.

Felt like a hidden gem, we could see both views of moorish castle and Pena palace from our room!

"A beautiful oasis - stay at least 2 nights!!"

Beautiful property on the route up to Sintra Palace. From our room you could see both Sintra Palace and the Moorish castle. Amazing. Breakfast was good but dinner was- AMAZING. If you have the option, take dinner at the house. Armie is not only an amazing person she is an amazing chef. Do it. Trust me.

A little confusing to enter property. Use the buzzer on the left side. The right buzzer is for a different property.

"Heerlijke plek"

Deze accomodatie ligt op een prachtige plek. We werden erg goed ontvangen. Het is kleinschalig en ligt water verder van het centrum maar het Paleis van Pena en Quinta da Regaleira zijn eenvoudig te bereiken. We vinden dit een aanrader.

Wonderful place in the middle of nature. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

We loved everything, just a note of caution for the people that travel without a car, the house is on a road with restricted access, and it can get difficult to get an Uber to pick you up. That may mean you need to walk a bit. We didn't mind that, but just in case, I thought it may be useful info.

If I could give this property more than a 10 I would. It was so beautiful. The location was perfect. There is a bus that stops right outside of the gate to take you up to the castles. The breakfast was delicious and we also had a special dinner there prepared by Armie. It was delicious and she is magnificent!From our bedroom window, we could see the Moorish castle which was fully illuminated at night. If you need a place to stay, I highly recommend Quinta Velha, although I’m sure that any one of their properties is phenomenal.

I cannot say anything that I didn’t like.
