The location is central to Llano. The owner was a nice guy

Tiny rooms, smelled dingy and was very hot in the immediate walk in. No cable TV that skipped and buffered. Fine for a one stop trip but not ideal

"Exceptional"

The room was great. Super clean and enjoyable but we had a room right by the highway and the sound of cars and trucks was bad. We needed an old fashioned air conditioner to run continually to block the highway noise.
