The room was very clean and had a comfortable bed.

The shower was a little cramped and the blinds needed repair.

There was no breakfast!! The room was very clean. This is an old motel, quite small. Each room has a small fridge. Ours made noise constantly, so had to shut if off. Window A/C worked well. Staff was friendly and pleasant.

We were completely surprised there was no coffee in the rooms and non available at the front desk. If your looking for a cheap, clean place to spend the night, it works. Don't expect anything else!

The room was very small but clean, and the location was excellent.

The toilet was so close to the wall it was challenging for a taller person to use.

It met my basic requirements of safe, quiet, and only a few miles away from the 35th annual Crawfish Festival. The inside of the room was clean with nothing broken and no holes in the walls. The office was open and attended from when I showed up around 10:30pm to when I checked out the next morning about 8am and the attendant was friendly and professional. I would stay here again!

Not the best, but decent!

I was at first put off by how small the room was but it was recently refurbished with a brand new mattress, air conditioner, and bathroom fixtures. Once I figured out the A/C, we were comfortable. The downside was (1) the door didn’t want to shut unless we slammed it (but the deadbolt made us feel secure; and (2) the walls are thin and someone next to us had their TV on loud, all night long! No phone in the room to call the front desk. Calling the number from the website went unanswered. Overall, it was not bad for the price. Didn’t sleep well due to TV blaring.

Clean and quiet. We had a restful night and present experience with the owner.
