Great standard, excellent location, big and spacious

The location is perfect in the center. The appartement is luxurious with a fantastic bed. Very spacious and very clean.

The city is constructing a non permanent building in the center of the square and the noise made it very difficult to enjoy the apartment. they started very early and it was banging all day till late.This building is something that is planned by the city and was nearly finished. So not an every day issue.

We loved staying inside the walls of Lucca. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We were there during the summer music festival and had a wonderful view of the show from the apartment. Great communication from owner. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The garage that is closest to the apartment is not open 24 hours. We had to leave Lucca before they opened so we parked a little further our last night. It is truly not a big deal and shouldn't stop you from staying here, but something you should be aware of when planning.

The apartment looked identical to the photographs and everything was such good quality. The location was perfect.

Location is excellent with nice views over the plaza

It is sold as a suite with pictures of a large living room and only once you book you get to know the living room is shared with other rooms' guests. Not a fair description of what you could expect as the room you get is small. The bed is a queen and not a king size and the mattress is 20 cm shorter than the bed which makes your feet hanging out of the bed and also a very uncomfortable way to move around the small room and bumping into the larger structure of the bed.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with everything you need. Light and airy, with fabulous views of Piazza Napoleone. Perfect location for exploring Lucca. Marianna and her Mum, were very friendly and helpful hosts, helping us with a query we had as were staying during the Summer Festival. The welcome wine, etc was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
