Noble Floor - Panoramic Luxury Apartment

Perfect place to base for a trip into Lucca. The host was very helpful and the location was perfect. Bars and resturants right outside in the square and some live music to enjoy from the window.

Location is excellent, the apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable, bed, air-con, bathroom are good.

It can be a bit noisy outside (problem solved with earplugs). No elevator and no parking within the property (to bear in mind). Check in is also not the easiest.

Centrally located, with spacious rooms – perfect for families, each bedroom has its own bathroom.

There was a slight dusty smell in the room; it would be helpful to have disposable slippers. The bed was a bit worn and overly soft, and the sofa was in need of cleaning.

Check in process

The location overlooked the main piazza. The cycle race was in process so we felt like we had a front-row seat. The hostess had great information for us. When I asked a question she would respond with a link that provided all the information you needed. She had very helpful custom literature available which was great. We liked sitting at the window and overlooking the square. Everything was very clean and very nicely furnished. The shared kitchenette and living room area was very nice and well equipped. We only saw one other couple. It was a great stay and we could have enjoyed being there several days.

The WIFI was weak further into the room but the hostess said they would be looking into that and improving it if possible. Once we got connected were able to retain a connection and accomplish what we needed. Out in the shared space it was fine.

The location, facilities, supplies, the room and it was so clean. Lose to everything. Everything you needed or wanted. Ease of checkin. 11/10

I could not fault it.

The location was perfect. We had an amazing view of the Napoleon square. The room was very clean and had inside everything one needs.
