Close to the gates of Pompeii and train station. We appreciated the outdoor patio outside our room

The rooms were basic. Room had two hairdryers, neither of which worked. Took a couple days to get another one that worked. Kitchen area didn’t have enough utensils to cook much but appreciated the fridge. Staff weren’t very helpful in directed us to a store for groceries.

Close to Pompei, staff very helpful and it was good they gave us a discount voucher for the restaurant

Location is perfect, 5 mins from the ruins, and restaurants etc. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. We loved the balcony, although not a great view. The staff were so friendly. Can’t fault them at all.

The kitchen was tiny, and just about functional. No kettle, no parring knife, no oven, no cloths to wipe down. No real basic cooking products (apart from oil. Expect there to be salt, pepper coffee, sugar etc. So you don’t have to bring absolutely everything.

Parking was tight but available. The location was superb. Very close to Pompeii Ruins and main street. Host was available and very organized and friendly upon arrival - always available to help.

Room was a bit tight for a family of 4. No microwave. Lots of stairs but that is not their fault. Hard to get out of the parking lot on the last day because everyone was parked everywhere. A bit far from grocery store.

Bathroom dirty and water leaking from toilet

The location was excellent. We were able to walk easily to and from Pompei Scavi-Villa dei Misteri (train station), even with luggage in tow. We used the train and also some tours based out of the train station. The room was spacious and even had a kitchen with fridge, so we walked to a market nearby for food.

The beds were not good. They really need new mattresses. And there was no soap in the bathroom. We did hang out the “do not disturb” sign… but when we asked for more toilet paper it never came.
