Location and helpful staff

We checked out within 30 minutes of arriving for a 2 night stay. Although the staff were very nice, helpful and good at their job. The room had a good bathroom and decent bed but the headboard was dirty and well worn. We didn't stay as it was located on a busy road, the blinds had some broken slats. The air con wasn't working, so couldn't close the windows to shut out the road noise. The furniture was very old and looked more like student accommodation. We didn't like the large illuminated red love hearts outside then window that shined in. We were also put off by the large sign outside the building declaring "rooms available by the hour", together with a condom vending machine in the lobby. The whole place felt a little seedy so we repacked the car and found somewhere else. I didn't request a refund and will put this down to experience where some positive reviews and nice photos are sometimes misleading!

It was easy to find and very close to 2 entrances to the Pompeii site. Receptionists were v helpful and it was lovely to have a small balcony outside to breakfast on. There is also a garden at the back. Comfy bed.

Nothing to do with the place, but it was a fair distance from Pompeii town, though a Carrefour supermarket, restaurants & a cash machine were nearby. The kitchenette was small and lacked essentials such as a bottle opener and wine glasses, though I only had to ask.

Close to Pompeii archeological site, easy walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Safe and clean space. Quiet as long as you close the door between the bedroom and kitchenette. The stay has slightly softer beds than most our other stays.

If you leave the door open between the room and the kitchenette it is very load with road noise and train announcements. This is an easy fix by just closing that door.

Location was excellent, very close to the entrace to Pompei and the train station, a 15-20 minute walk down to the main shopping/restaurant area

The staff are helpful

It's not as near the station/park entrance as you think, as it's reached by a winding road - and uphill on the way back

The property was in an ideal location for what we wanted to do (only a 5 minute walk to the ruins and Pompeii Scavi station). The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful and overall great value for money.

The shower was a bit dated but clean and the bed wasn’t as comfortable as some but overall it was a lovely studio apartment.

A place is perfect for trips. Location is very good. Hotel has a private yard for car parking. Rooms not too small, even has a small kitchen. Staf friendly and nice :) all was good.

Really good spot to stay if you are going to Pompei. Great little cafe next door, close to train and entry to the ruins
