Tout. Super établissement : le personnel disponible, ma piscine ouverte toute la journée....et surtout chauffée. Le spas est en sus mais privatisé donc très sympa. Le restaurant est de très bon niveau. C'est une sorte d'oasis au milieu de Palermo. Le must, ce fut la fontaine et son show privatisé de 5min après le dîner.

Rien à redire.

Villa classica siciliana molto bella. Si respira un ottimo connubio tra storia , eleganza , classicità d'altri tempi e natura. I drink nel parco e la colazione sul terrazzo sono state magnifiche. Anche il personale è stato molto cortese.

1)Bello il giardino anche se andrebbe curato di più nel suo complesso. le zone di verde ben curate ci sono ma lo spazio è tanto ed alcune parti del giardino sono un po' abbandonate a se stesse. E' un po' un peccato perché vi è un potenziale enorme per creare un parco meraviglioso in cui far rilassare i clienti. 2)Buona colazione ma le uova strapazzate incluse ed il bacon "aggiungibile a pagamento" non si può sentire in un albergo con un prezzo a notte elevato e che punta ad avere una certa caratura. Qualsiasi B&B (anche a basso costo) include uova e bacon. Non perdetevi su questi dettagli piccoli ma importanti!

Breakfast was delicious and generous. The location is out of town and therefore quieter more relaxing although I think they should delay drilling/work on the grounds until after the breakfast service has been completed

I ran out of loo paper as there was only one roll in my room that was not replaced until I asked for it. I noticed 2 sweet wrappers from the night before were still on the side table the following day. The wifi kept crashing and chucking me out of Netflix. there was no information in the rooms about how to call Reception or any other guest.

Erstmal was nicht so gut war: Das Zimmer bestand aus 4 kleinen Räumen in einer Reihe. Nicht so schön. Es gibt in der gleichen Kategorie noch 2 Zimmer, die scheinbar besser geschnitten sind. Auf der Hompage informieren. Der Garten oder besser Park ist aber zauberhaft, wir waren eher dort zu finden, womit das Zimmer an Bedeutung verliert und letztlich in Ordnung war. Wir wurden begrüßt als wären wir gute alte Bekannte, was erst einmal seltsam wirkt. Und zwar von allen, durchaus auch vom Gärtner oder Reinigungskraft. Wir waren länger dort, 6 Nächte, in der Zeit haben sie sich auf uns eingestellt und zum Beispiel zum Abendessen gleich eine Flasche Wasser hingestellt. Das ist zwar nicht wichtig aber es zeigt, dass man wahrgenommen wird. Die brennen für ihr Hotel - Alle! Ok weiter, Das Restaurant ist im Hauptgebäude in einem wunderschönem Raum. Der Service ist gehoben, leider findet man oft, dass ein Servicefeuerwerk gezündet wird aber das Essen ganz normal ist, wir finden so etwas albern. Hier ist das aber ganz anders, die Küche ist kreativ und sie ist mutig und sie kann was. Das verbunden mit erstklassigem Service elegant, nicht steif und herzlich ist paradiesisch und harmoniert perfekt. Wir waren immer dort, bis auf einmal, da war die Küche geschlossen. Und doch hätte ich zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge: Vielleicht wäre es möglich die Speisekarte häufiger zu wechseln, für uns die 5 mal dort waren wurde es schwierig. Zum Abend hatten sie so schönes Brot, solches hätte ich mir auch zum Frühstück gewünscht, für uns Nordeuropäer. Ich könnte noch weiter schwärmen, höre aber jetzt auf.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The garden and surroundings are beautiful. A stylish historical building with contemporary facilities and features. A very nice place to relax after the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The restaurant next door is also excellent. No need to travel back into town for a good meal.

The location may not be to everyone's liking as quite a way from the city centre, and not walking distance. But worth the taxi ride, or bus (No. 416 to Stadio, and then 101 to the centre) if you want to save some money. If you are looking for a modern business hotel, then this is not for you.
