The host, Giovanni, made our stay feel like we are at our good friends house! So warm, careful and welcoming! Good breakfasts, great coffee made by the host, beautiful house! Thanks a lot! :)

We loved how beautiful and clean the entire property is! Everything is well taken care of and very comfortable! We loved how welcoming the owner is and how he went out of his way to make us feel welcome! The breakfast was fantastic and well prepared and presented. The location is only a 15 - 20 minute drive from multiple parking lots just outside of Venice, so the location is perfect!

Nothing to dislike for us.

The family made us very welcome. They couldn't do enough for us .....we would return to this property if we were joining a ship in Fusina. It was a pleasure to meet them.

Clean - good location for visiting Venice

A charming villa, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Easy to find, uncomplicated check-in (even 2 hours earlier, I was grateful) and check-out. Safe parking inside. Everything is very elegant, well maintained, perfectly clean. Nice spacious room, very comfortable bed and good quality bed linen and towels. Absolutely quiet at night. Rich breakfast, including delicious scrambled eggs, home-made cookies and a gorgeous cappuccino. Very kind hosts. Nice and safe neighbourhood to go for a walk, restaurants and cafés very close, walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back. Warmly recommended !

Beautiful accommodation, beautiful house and pleasant host. The room was nice, clean. Excellent breakfast. The hosts are very nice, we got a map and advice on how to get around in Venice. I 100% recommend this accommodation
