Everything. Super Clean, Breakfast, Garden, lovely Zoey. Local restaurant right acroas the street much better than the ones in Venice. Stategic location, transfer to Venice via bus 53 in front of the house, 25mins to Venice, 45mins to Padova and of course dear Geovanni and his lovely wife make you feel you are at your parents home. so, 10 out of 10. Superb.

Very pleasant stay in an old villa, fully renovated with good taste and with a sense for details. The room is large enough for two persons, clean and comfortable. It is quiet in the room thanks to the good isolated windows and ideally for people enjoying a late sleep in the morning. All this is possible thanks to the great family owning the villa.

This was not just a hotel, it was our second home for the several nights. Thank you very much for your perfect attention during a breakfast, tasteful coffee with some special sweet surprise every day. And also for useful tips about the places to visit. Before choosing B&B I was thinking a lot about choosing a nearer hotel to Venice, but I am glad that I chose your house, it was even better than expected from all positive reviews. The house is really nice! The bedroom is cosy and very well decorated. The hosts, very kind and the garden sunny and just beautiful! Would love to stay again.

Can’t think of anything! The location is actually perfect! Half an hour from Venice, by bus, quiet town, near a canal, with nice restaurant and ice cream shop a couple meters away. We slept wonderfully! If I ever come back to Venice, this is the place I want to stay in.

Giuseppe his wife ,daughter and their sweet champagne lab (I guess ) greeted us like a family member upon our arrival. They take pride and effort to make sure their guests feel being welcomed and fell like at home. The whole stay felt like you've visited your friends and they're genuinely happy to see you. We were on our way to Venice planned for the next day and Giuseppe was very helpful with his tips and ideas about Venice. He told us where to park,what Vaporeto to take,where to go ,what to see....... We stayed in room which had beautiful view of their garden. Room wasn't very big,but spacious enough to offer all the comfort we needed. In the morning we were leaving earlier and they prepared the breakfast for us 30 min earlier they normally do,which was very thoughtful and nice from them. We had very nice stay and very nice time with them and we will definitely book our stay there again if we ever go there in the future
