Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted. Please note that the pictures are for illustrative purposes only and show examples of room categories. Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes. In the event of a proven violation of rules, VISIONAPARTMENTS reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without a refund and to request the immediate departure of the guests. Schöne Ausstattung, gute Lage. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Appartement war wohl künstlich beduftet. Das war sehr störend. Es gab im Vorfeld keine Beschreibung zur Lage der Tiefgarage.

They had amazing restaurant facility that served a great meal. The staff was more than attentive and helpful. Breakfast croissants and coffee we’re always availableI

The only issue that we had was the bed that was situated very close to the floor with a large wood frame around it. As someone who has trouble with their knees, it was almost impossible to get out of bed in the morning without someone giving you a hand to get you up. There was four rooms that were booked for our group. Three out of the four rooms had beds basically on the floor. One had an actual bed!

"Belle localisation et service très correct"

La localisation, les services (finess, piscine) et surtout la disponibilité et le service du personnel.

La chambre était élégamment décorée mais la peinture foncée de la salle de bain fait ressortir les tâches ce qui donne une impression "pas parfaitement nette". Dans notre cas, la ventilation de la sdb fonctionnait en continu avec un fond sonore élevé.

Great location and included self serve washers and dryers

dark hallways making it difficult to see the keypad to enter code stairs only to luggage storage and they charge extra to store luggage and you have to prearrange it

"Wenn man das Einchecken geschafft hat, lebt man hier sehr gut!"

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Innenhof, somit kein Straßenlärm! Kleiner Balkon mit Vogelgezwitscher! Außen Jalousien elektrisch zu bedienen, verdunkeln nachts das Zimmer. Dusche und WC sauber. Küchenzeile gut ausgerüstet, Geschirr, Mikrowelle etc. Die Kellner im Restaurant und Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Das Einchecken war mühsam. Man muss Mails schreiben, verschiedene Adressen, Daten erneut angeben, …
