A beautiful oasis once you walk through the front gate with a small garden pool to cool off in.

A little further from the main part of town than we thought it would be.

Very luxurious and beautiful place. On walking distance from city center. Lovely breakfast and very pleasant staff.

We extended our stay. Jose Luis, the manager, was very accommodating, from breakfast to our room, drinking water, cleaning, etc. He made wonderful suggestions for sightseeing in Merida and day trips. Wonderful breakfast, introducing Yucatan dishes and culture. Our room was very clean. Manuel did a wonderful job. The bed was comfortable, and pool refreshing.

The casa is a bit far from the center of town. Uber helped.

Breakfast was good 👍🏼 location was peaceful, a good 20 minute walk into town.

The lack of info was a big shame. The only guide book we found was for Campeche some hours away. We were met by one gentleman who spoke no English and just showed us our room. No mention of facilities or breakfast etc. Pepe the owner msg’d us about breakfast. There was no tea or coffee facilities in our room other than the mugs and no daily clean up service. We did ask Pepe about a few things regarding bus transport & carnival but by the time he got back to us many hours later we’d already got the info we needed through a different route. We had to leave a day early and very early in the morning. Pepe arranged his dad to drive us to the airport citing no UBER would be available. Jose then charged us more then double what he’d originally said. Once online we found that we could have booked an UBER for considerably less. Left feeling scammed!

Breakfast was poor for this price range

Everything was perfect! The bed and breakfast was beautiful, clean and well-maintained. The rooms were cosy and matched the photos. The pool was gorgeous! The price was very reasonable. The owner of the property also waited for us to assist with check in as our flight was delayed and was very helpful and accomodating.

amazing Manager who even asked us what we would like for breakfast. beautiful house and garden. pretty and very clean room. big fridge in the room and a comfy bed. nice hammocks in the garden.
