Very beautiful place with a nice garden in walking distance to centro. Friendly host and nice breakfast. Good WiFi. Very quiet room in the night. Lots of good food options just around the corner.

Would have been nice with a mosquito net, as they get in through the door mosquito net.

The location is really lovely. The property manager is helpful. Breakfast was simple but good.

The pictures of the room on booking.com and on airbnb are actually quite different than the experience of the room, which is run down, without a working fan in one area. The King Room, which appears on both booking sites, is on the road and has traffic noise. The room is in need of paint and sprucing up. There are other places on the property--a small casita--that are beautiful, but the King room is not as advertised. Before I stayed at the property in January, I had two bookings--one at the beginning and then one at the end of my stay. I was disappointed that my attempts to cancel the second booking, because of booking.com not responding and then a language gap with the property's manager did not work. I was charged over $200 for a stay I did not have.

Water pressure low just on kitchen sink tap (yes, the suite has a kitchen)

The manager was very helpful with whatever we needed. Also gave us useful advice on places to go and restaurants. Case 411 is an oasis of tranquility. So tastefully done and comfortable. If we ever go back to Merida we would definitelly stay there!

Beautiful property with a lovely open courtyard. Overall, a very refreshing and relaxing vibe. The room was spacious, clean, and private. The host, Jose Luis, was very kind, he was accommodating for all requests and able to help us with a midnight check-in after our flight was delayed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Only one set of keys per room and this is needed to both enter and exit the property (need key to lock the door after you leave). So, if you are a couple or group and people want to leave/return at different times, you need to coordinate keys and walk people out of the property (for example, you can't leave while someone else is in the shower or sleeping). Would be nice to have a code lock on the main door or multiple sets of keys. Overall, this was a very minor inconvenience -- our stay was fantastic otherwise.

Love the lush gardens, good breakfast, very large comfortable room. Bathroom well lit with magnifying mirror for applying makeup. I could actually see if my eyes matched before going out in public. Nice to have face cloths, too, which are not necessarily supplied in Mexico.

It’s very beautiful house, like a hidden garden. The staff is helpful and friendly, the second day of the stay, he made the cochinita pipil for breakfast, which was very yummy. Enjoyed the stay, it’s relaxing and comfortable.

The hot water takes a while to come.
