It was all inclusive but you had to sign a tab after every thing; every drink, meal, and amenity. The staff weren’t friendly for the most part unfortunately only about 10% of the staff served with a smile on their face and kindness. The area for the shows is also shared between 3 hotels so it was always packed with a line, you had to arrive 1 hours before the show to MAYBE get a good seat.

The resort is incredible! The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was amazing!! The rooms were clean as well as the pool area. I would highly recommend the resort and I hope to be back to visit in the near future.

As Good As It Gets!!! The property grounds and pools are immaculate. The staff is what makes this place so attractive. Javier at the pool was excellent. He works extremely hard to accommodate your wants and needs. He has a wonderful demeanor and is always smiling. Elizabeth at the El Patron breakfast is great as well. This is just tow of the names I remember. All of the staff is great. The rooms are clean and the bedding is awesome. The food is good in every restaurant on the grounds. You want go wrong staying here!

We stayed here for 7 days in mid May. The room was lovely and comfortable. Our balcony overlooked the courtyard/pool area with a view of the ocean. We went to every restaurant in the resort and all were fantastic. The service was amazing all the joints. We will be returning every May for the foreseeable future with out a doubt. We also loved the little trolley that transported us to the other resort Villa del Palmar. It's runs from 7:00am to 10pm. If you do all inclusive, you have access to 5 more restaurants at Villa del Palmar which really adds to the variety of choices. 10/10 for us.
