Our family had a great time first time we visit It was more that we expected, beautiful place

We had such a great time! The view of the sea, the pools, poolside service, restaurant choices, clean comfortable rooms, and for the most part, a staff that went above and beyond! We will definitely return!

The music needs to change. Too depressing

Beautiful Resort , very clean facility and rooms. We enjoyed our stay as a family with kids and felt very safe. The Restaurant options were good and the food was excellent.

There were water pipe issues on the property during our stay, unluckily. They had to turn off the water, so there were a few days during the day when they shut off the water, so we didn’t have access to cold water, couldn’t flush the toilet, and didn’t have air conditioning. It was very inconvenient.

Very well maintained and very attentive staff

The stay started out well. There was a nice welcome from the hotel for being a VIP member for Expedia. Then that same night, we found a HUGE roach in the room and the several after each night. Oh and we paid for a one bedroom suite. 😳 Then, 3 days later comes the water issue. They had some leak and that required that they shut off the water every day, for the next four days straight. It was off in the middle of the day, so you could not shower, you could not flush a toilet. It was disgusting. All the wild when you ask people, they keep saying they’re working on it! Can you imagine being in Mexico without working water? Then the kicker is, the AC stopped working. That went on for almost 4 days. So now we are in a one bedroom suite, no water during midday, and now no AC. They gave no updates to the guests except for the first day. Then they were telling everyone to get out of the rooms around 10:30 AM because of some bug issue. This is supposed to be a five star resort, and the way things were handled was terrible. I’m sure we’ll get the AI response to this below, but we will never go back to this hotel again. The only thing that was good about this entire trip, was Javier with the pool service. He was the absolute best and took great care of us and everyone else continuously in his section. He was the absolute best!
