20 minuten lopen van stad centrum. Appartement is goed, schoon en een goede basis voor overnachting. Geen receptie, maar goede communicatie hoe er te komen en het appartement te betreden. Goede ervaring!

Quiet

When I arrived to the apartment early due to my flight. I could not access the apartment. Vision Apartment never sent me a confirmation to access the unit. So, I called customer service which I ended up paying extra to enter the apartment early. After my payment was received. In turn, they emailed me my access code. Entering the apartment, the living was dirty. The floors had not been wiped and mopped. A dirty vessel in the sink from the previous renter. Then I processed to the bedrooms. Both bedrooms were not cleaned. The bedrooms remained from the previous renter. I moved forward to check the bathrooms, both had dirty towels in the. Shower. The walls, sink and mirror were dirty. The half bathroom as well, dirty walls, sink and mirror. I called customer service to explain the state of the apartment. They stated a cleaning lady will be up soon to clean the apartment. The cleaning lady just left sheets in a bag on the floor in front of the door. Did not clean the apartment. So I called again to customer service. They once again stated a cleaning lady will be in the next morning. I told customer service, how am I supposed too stay in apartment that is filthy. In addition, I could not stay in apartment in its current states. At this point, I had to book a hotel for the duration of my stay. Later that night, I received an email stating they can put me up in another apartment. The location is far from where I needed to be. That’s why I book this location. The last email I received from the apartment stated they will not refund my money. Even though I did not stay. I explained this is their fault for not keeping up with their property. No return email or call. Stay away from this place. When I booked the apartment on Vrbo. The apartment does not look anything as advertised.

Es muy incómoda la distribución del cuarto. Tienes la regadera y el lavabo encima de la cama. No hay lugar para nada. El refrigerador no sirvió, el cuarto sucio. El acceso complicado. No volvería nunca.

Clean space. Very comfortable. Good location.

Rent, komfortabelt og ganske sentralt. Men vær obs på at det er ingen resepsjon og det kreves at du har sjekket inn på forhånd for å få adgangskode. Epost kom aldri med de nødvendige opplysningene som trengtes for å sjekke inn. Leste en tidligere anmeldelse og fikk tips på å sende henvendelse til visionapartments. Så ved sen ankomst, vær obs. Ellers supert opphold.

Room and bed was clean and comfy. Shower tray was blocked and started to overflow. I had to free it by and which was not pleasant. People crossing the pedestrian crossing outside had a clear view into the bathroom and could see clearly. I went across and checked. They advertised that there was a bar and restaurant on site but this was not open. This may have been down to time of the year possibly. Good location, walking distance to centre. Would stay again however.

The address listed is not the address you'll be staying in. It's a big company that has a bunch of properties under vision apartments. That being said, I was not contacted in advance to send my passport information before arrival. There is no "front desk" service, but it does state that you have to send your information beforehand. Since i booked through Expedia and there was no way of contacting the company, i had to call Expedia when i was overseas to get help for this. To save all of you that are thinking of staying here some headache, if you decide to book with them, email info@visionapartments.com with your passport and your receipt with whatever type of room you're staying in advance, and they'll send you the address and the code to get into the apartment and you won't have any issues. Other than this, the apartment was very nice. It was clean and we had two bedrooms with beds big enough for 2, and 2.5 bath, a kitchen, and a living room. You don't have to worry about keys since all you'll need is a code to get in. Overall very nice! Would stay in again knowing all this.
