no host desk or front desk. I had to email my passport to someone and then receive a passcode and room number. My passcode did not work to enter the elevator area. Very frustrating and late at night. The front lobby was dark with no lights which made phoning the number to get help even more creepy. Very disappointing in whole experience.

Es liegt in der Nähe einer Straßenbahn Haltestelle. Von der Haltestelle ist man in 5 Minuten da. Der Türcode hat super funktioniert. WLAN ist schnell freigeschaltet und läuft schnell. Gaststätten und Essens Möglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar .

We have stayed in Vision apartments for 2 nights. The room was clean and the design is nice, exactly the same like in pictures. The only thing missing is proper AC. If you come early you can leave your luggage within the bar area which is very convenient. Location is ideal, within 10 minutes distance by foot from Burkliplatz and all the other main tourist areas. What really made our stay great is the staff- Rodrigo from the bar was so kind and went an extra mile in providing the service. There was also another boy, very nice, but we do not know his name. It is great value for the money and we will definitely come back.

Rommet var rent og pent. Praktisk tilgang med egen kode som fungerer hele døgnet. Frokosten var enkel men smakfull, og de ansatte var veldig hjelpsomme. Det som trekker ned er: * manglende air-condition i en så varm by som Zürich * manglende gardin/forheng på toalettet (se bilde) * manglende luftavtrekk i dusjen.

Loved my stay. I would definitely come back during winter and ski here. Staff is very polite and food is relatively great.

We had a brilliant time in Zurich the accommodation is in a perfect location only a short walk from old town. Definitely would stay again.

Do not book this property Expedia shouldn't even offer this property to customers. We booked for 3 nights, upon our arrival we found our shower drain to be clogged and not working. We spoke with their horrible customer service department and they assured us they would take care of it, well they never did and we were without a functioning shower for our entire stay. They provided us with zero communication. We begged to have it fixed, they kept saying you have to wait. Well we waited the entire trip. We asked to check out early to just be done with the place, they said no way, no refund. They were perfectly okay with us not having a place to shower and paying for it. These people are truly rude and evil. They said if it were flooding they would send someone right away, but since that wasn't the case so we just needed to wait. The plumber never came. Also they don't disclose there is no A/C and it gets very hot, but they can bring you a fan, or you just open the windows that is over the streetcar and bar and deal with the noise. The shower is a death trap also, it's basically a 3 sided glass enclosure with a granite floor that gets slick. It's a fishbowl that you have to step up into. I found a pubic hair in the bed, so how clean is the place. Safe for your valuables didn't work either. I was amazed about the lack of concern about a functioning bathroom.

The property is generally good, and provides what you need. The lobby restaurant was never open after 3pm regardless of what was posted. The air conditioning in the room could not cool the room but we could open multiple windows at night to help cool the room. They only had one pillow each, so could use another pillow. The room was a good size for two people but only had one chair, so it could use another chair. It is quite close to central Zürich and Selnau station (350 m away and one stop to Zürich main station), so options to walk downtown (10 min), or take the train.

Sauber und zentral gelegen. Türcode wurde nicht auf den Check In Zeitpunkt zugestellt. Wurde erst auf Nachfrage per Mail gesendet. Fenster gut isoliert, Strassenlärm nicht hörbar.
