Nossa Hotel

Other than being beachfront the Nossa Hotel was terrible, save your money and go elsewhere. - Service: some of the worst service we’ve received, the front desk made us feel like a hassle anytime we asked for anything. - Bar/restaurant: not available until 10:15am even though every menu/ad it says 8am. Can’t even get a coffee until after 10am. There is no great other food option in the entire surrounding area (especially before noon). They had 1 waiter for the entire beach club and hotel, it was nearly impossible to get their attention to put in an order. A few of our cocktails had plastic pieces in it from what I would assume is the bag of ice came in. - Facilities: every beach bed had mold growing on it, no staff would clean them at the end of the day/start of the day so they were filled with sand mold, old towels, beer cans etc and absolutely disgusting. The pool had a lot of bugs floating in it and is above ground, don’t let the photos fool you. Bathrooms by the pool were never cleaned while we were there, dirty toilets and half rolls of toilet paper. The hotel itself seems to be a poorly renovated old hotel that they tried to make “trendy” by adding some general upgrades. Many guests brought their dogs who pooped/peed all over the common areas. - Rooms: great ocean view is the only positive. Our tiled floor had gum stuck to it, the shower didn’t drain properly and filled our entire bathroom with water. The sink was made of wood and moldy. DO NOT GO TO NOSSA HOTEL.

The hotel is only one year old but looks like it's at least 10 years old due to bad maintenance. Our room was not properly cleaned when checking in and there was sand on the floor. The hotel has no hot water and the drain was barely working. The restaurant takes the final order at 5.20pm as they shut at 6pm so we ordered dinner to be served at 7pm and got cold food served. In the morning the breakfast opens at 10am so we had to get fruits in the village

El hotel continúa sin agua caliente, falta mejorar en la limpieza de la recámara y solucionar la poca señal o alcance de red wifi del Hotel.

Nos encantó el hotel, la gente muy amable, la comida muy buena, mi recomendación solo poner papel higiénico adicional en habitaciones, el servicio de alimentos empieza tarde en las mañanas y además hay k esperar como una hora más en lo k sirven , la alberca con limo, y ya no había nadie para dar masajes , de ahí fuera todo súper

Beautiful location and hotel

Excelente lugar para descansar, muy bonito y muy tranquilo, y la comida ni se diga muy rica

El hotel es increíble. Esta lejos de Zicatela y recomiendo que renten un carro que los taxis cobran bastante. Pero el lugar vale la pena totalmente.

Likes: Room was really comfortable. Great location. Nice decoration. Really good drinks (Mezcalitas). Its a place to disconnect from the world. Workers are really nice. No like: Staff couldn't honor my expedia price to upgrade, they wanted to charge a full price difference. Not good. Staff in pool (waitress) you had to make her see you to order, because she will go back to bar and be on her phone. I believe the restaurant food its a 7 out of 10, and their prices are very excessive. Room bathroom shower had a roll of hair in the drainage, disgusting. Beach beds are very uncomfortable. Spa lady offered services over and over, kinda of uncomfortable the intensity, because she wasn't working the next day.
