Very nice place to stay if you know what to expect in Hotels or air bnb in Colombia.

Rooms were dirty and had no AC. Nothing like the pictures. We found footprints in the sheets of the main bed. There was a horrid smell of humidity and burned wood inside of the rooms. Guests were breaking glasses near the pool area and there were loudspeakers operating at high volumes until we left. We could only stay for 1hr as my wife was starting to get sick from the smells. Severely understaffed. Only one guy was available to do everything, with his shady smoker friend. Unsanitary. Loud. Hard to access. Nothing like the pictures.

I am not sure what the other people that gave this property a “10” rating were smoking. We were the only people in the whole hotel. There is a reason for this. This is the only time in my entire life where I have paid for a stay and heave left for another property. It was worth it to leave. The staff was nice enough but the property needs a lot of help. It has potential and was probably quite nice in the 1980s. If you are an American you can compare this place to a sub-standard Motel 6 in the middle of nowhere with no amenities. But, it did have air conditioning. We stayed for 2 1/2 hours and it was worth losing what I spent to find another hotel.
