Riad la clé d'or & spa

Great location and very attentive staff, kind and helpful.

Bathroom could be better separated from the bedroom, nice breakfast but too repetitive (every day the same set)

This is a newly built Riad style hotel. Breakfasts were excellent, freshly prepared and plentiful. The Riad was located in a quiet area but close to the busiest and most interesting areas. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was a kettle and coffee machine in the room but no coffee or tea to make anything. We asked for tea and coffee and were given just one tea bag of each type (3) and 2 coffee pods which were not replaced during our stay. No milk was provided. A small criticism- everything else was wonderful.

Room sizes were great.

The room phone was broken. We were getting random phone calls to our room. This issue wasn't resolved after multiple complaints. Breakfast could've been better.

The hotel was wonderful we had an excellent stay. The staff very incredibly helpful and worked hard to ensure we had everything we needed!
