Absolutely Terrible place we were given a really horrible decrepit apartment when we arrived paid €756 for 1 week for 2 people The bath room was falling apart the shower had so much yellow dirt in it and the shower doors were filthy ( see photos) the air con works throughout apartment and can not be controlled one of us likes air con , im allergic so I got a infection in my lungs then my sister got very sick in her lungs we both had to see a doctor . the towels were old grey and hard the kitchen has no cups no dinner knives one huge pot and a few glasses so it was impossible to cook anything. On our first night my sister discovered that the sheets on her bed had never been changed and there was a distinct smell of men's aftershave off the sheets.So we took them off, and the duvet smelled like urine.It was absolutely horrifying . The wardrobes were all broken up with just one nail sticking out to hang clothes on other wardrobe doors were stuck We complained and they moved us to a bigger better apartment the next day but the cleaning was NOT done for 4 days and I had to send an e mail to them after asking at reception 3 times for bin collection, clean towels and toilet paper it took then until day 5 of our holiday to do anything! the pool was full of noisey screaming pre teen kids which normally I dont mind but the whole area around the pool was covered in water I have arthritis in my legs and arms and back and I was scared I would slip noone EVER mopped up the pools of water everywhere There are no phones in apartment to call reception so we had to do a long walk outside to a seperate building to ask for anything. the women at reception were very sweet and very nice.But still, nothing got done until we've begged and sending emails to get toilet paper and a cleaner. have a look at the photos i'm putting up.It'll give you an idea, an absolute rip off place to stay.
