L’accueil du personnel, l’emplacement

La qualité de l’appartement, il y a avait une odeur constante d’humidité dans la chambre et la propreté n’était pas au rendez vous.

L'emplacement. Le personnel du gardiennage et ménager sont acceuillants.

Certains éléments du personnel sont très impolis (en particulier le responsable de la piscine et certains du room service ainsi que de l'administration). La piscine est fermé jusqu'à midi pour nettoyage et malgré cela elle reste sale. Aucun responsable avec qui parler et expliquer les problèmes rencontrés et les incidents avec le personnel.

The property was good for the price. The place was quite clean. And the pool and outside area was very nice. The staffs were nice and helpful. And they're are cleaners

There was no specific time for the cleaners. They came different times each day. They would take the towels and take forever to replace it. The girl who managers the cleaning was a bit lazy. There was no microwave which was the most annoying part. Because we had a child and couldnt heat anything up for her. That is why i booked an apartment. There is only a mirror in the bathroom no other place. And the pillows in the bed were dreadful. There was so high and big. Not much cutlery and utilities.
