O restaurante Orama é muito bom. As roupas de cama e toalhas do quarto são de boa qualidade.

Quarto minúsculo. As áreas comuns do hotel são extremamente pequenas para quantidade de hóspedes (piscina, academia, restaurante) portanto tudo é lotado o tempo todo. A piscina é minúscula tem 10 espreguiçadeiras, o hotel tem cerca de 100 quartos, impossível atender a demanda. Crianças gritando e correndo pelo hotel o tempo todo um desrespeito. Está muito longe de ser um hotel 5 estrelas, em que pese falem ser o melhor da cidade.

Hotel lindo, muito bem localizado. Staff extremamente gentil, muito educados. O café da manhã é delicioso, quarto muito bem decorado e muito espaçoso, cama extremamente confortável, travesseiros e toalhas ótimos!

Eu acho que um hotel que cobra mais de 2k a diária não deveria cobrar estacionamento do hóspede. Acho que cai mal, poderia embutir no preço, mas não cobrar do cliente. A cama também estava toda amassada por baixo do edredon, precisa haver um pouco mais de capricho quando a camareira arruma a cama. E, por fim, o hotel não deveria oferecer de jeito nenhum o passeio de catamarã para as piscinas naturais. Não condiz com o nível dos hóspedes, deveriam oferecer um barco privativo ou outra opção.
