Appartamento super centrale e soprattutto terrazzo bellissimo con vista sulla città

Check-in in ritardo, camera all’arrivo non completa di pulizie (frigorifero, cucina, lenzuola, carta igienica). Consiglio di lasciare una scopa per poter spazzare, un canovaccio per la cucina e qualche prodotto per poter pulire che solitamente si lasciano nelle case, non avevamo niente. Unica nota positiva la ragazza che ci ha accolto al check in che è stata super comprensiva

Location was great

The noise until late at night… The double room has a sky light that’s not covered so as of sunrise, it’s impossible to sleep. Booking agency was terrible at getting back to us. Very unprofessional.

I forgot my shirt in the room. my friend closed the door and since it was the check-out, the keys were already inside. i texted the airbnb and they told me that the cleaning service didn’t find anything. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?! it was inside, i saw it and my friend just closed the door quickly. Apparently they stole it. I asked them if they can check in the laundry basket since the cleaning lady might have mistaken my shirt for a towel but they only replied to one of my 100 messages showing indifference!!!!

Our contact person was very late and was not very communicable over WhatsApp. Once he finally arrived all was fine

Loved the outdoor space. It was better than expected and I would rent the apartment again for this reason.

Location & great view

We were not informed how to get to property without a car & carrying luggage since in ZTL zone. It is a difficult process & should be included in the information given to renters. The building’s exterior door did not lock. The deadbolt does not engage as it’s too short. Thus, it is possible to push on these exterior doors so they will open! 1st floor terrace apartment’s door does not lock, and again the deadbolt cannot engage as it’s too short. We were not informed there was aother apartment next to the 1st floor terrace apt. We were surprised to see people coming out of it as it looks like the “foyer” on the 1st floor belongs to the terrace spartment. In a rsther slarming turn of events, someone accessed the terrace apartment 2x (BECAUSE THE LOCK DOES NOT WORK) & left the lights on. Thankfully nothing was taken. When ascending the steps to the 2nd floor (top floor), you turn the light on at the inside of exterior door. However, the light is designed to go off after a short time, leaving one in the dark while ascending those very steep steps. The bathroom in the 2nd floor terrace apt is small with no electrical outlet, no cabinet/shelf for toiletries, & the toilet does not flush well because the “large push pad” is inoperable. The shower stall is small making it difficult to get your hands to your head to shampoo. With all the space in the bedroom and kitchen area it is puzzling why the bathroom could not have been made larger to accomodate a larger shower area. Also, the shower doors were not on their tracts, which my husband had to fix.

One bedroom didn't have any curtains...cool room but eye masks needed after sunrise.

What is show stopping is the location, the rooms are located on the highest point of the city next to monumental buildings, some rooms have an incredible view of the city (ours didn’t which is a shame) but it was still an unforgettable experience.

This is an accommodation for very agile and flexible people - can’t imagine anyone with kids or big luggage or not athletic people etc. you need to hop up a lot of stairs to get to the rooms no elevator and that is after you climb up the whole city with your luggage to get there in the first place which won’t be a problem for many. The host communicating with us recommended the most expensive parking lot to us which seemed sketchy while it’s easy to find even unpaid parking so kinda disappointing but we managed it ourselves the second night. The wifi didnt work at all. If it rains a lot the roof leaks a bit so again not the most comfy. Lastly not very good for light sleepers (we are ok sleepers) nevertheless you are RIGHT next to morning church bells and below is a music bar with loud music and the bed makes loud noises too.
