Palazzo Le Cupole by Wonderful Italy

The accommodation was excellent, the location is great right in the center, the balcony is beautiful and view is wonderful.

Super location

The accommodation is located in the centre of the beautiful old town of Ostuni. From the terrace you have a fantastic view over the city to the sea. The flat is also equipped with everything you need.

New towels would have cost €15 after a week's stay. Since there is no possibility to wash them, maybe a little steep.

Staying in Ostuni Vecchia.

Central location in Ostuni Vecchia, but with a bar just down the room, so bear in mind that you will have loud music until 2.00am everyday. Additionally if you are thinking of cooking at home, bringing the grosseries to the room is a hard task taking account the distance you will have to walk from the park (very difficult to park a car in Ostuni) to the room. In our experience, the flushing cistern in WC was not working doing a lot of noise during the night and impacting our sleep and altough I asked to fix it, the owner did nothing. Wifi was not the best. Photos in Booking are mixed with upper rooms, therefore they do not correspond to the reality.

Roomy flat with lovely architectural features.

It should be made clear flat is above a bar which plays very loud music from early afternoon to early hours.Photos misleading as we thought we had booked a roof terrace.Also signing a rental agreement at check in without time to read it.

My recent stay at Palazzo Le Cupole by Wanderful Italy - Appartamento Andromeda was simply enchanting. The spacious layout and impressive high ceilings created a charming and romantic atmosphere. Natural light flooded the apartment, and the view of the cathedral from the balcony was truly breathtaking. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful details throughout the space. The coffee provided was excellent, and the apartment was impeccably clean. The vintage furniture and decorations added a unique touch, and the cups with printed flowers were lovely. The high-quality shampoo and shower gel provided enhanced the overall comfort of my stay. One of the highlights was the inviting venue at the building's entrance, offering a delightful range of beverages from morning till late at night. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the Italian spirit. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, and the central location in Ostuni made exploring the city a breeze. Overall, my time at Palazzo Le Cupole by Wanderful Italy - Appartamento Andromeda was nothing short of amazing. The apartment exuded Italian charm and provided a cozy sanctuary in the heart of Ostuni. I felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay. It was an experience I will cherish for a long time.

While my stay at Palazzo Le Cupole by Wanderful Italy - Appartamento Andromeda was overall lovely, I must note that the front rooms, particularly the master bedroom and living room, experienced some noise issues. The sound insulation was not sufficient, allowing noises from outside to filter in easily. Additionally, in the mornings, the loud bells from the nearby cathedral could be quite disruptive. While these noise levels didn't personally bother me, they proved to be a bit disturbing for my friends who are light sleepers.

Central location. Amazing view.

The church bells early in the morning might bother some people, as early risers we didnt mind them. There was some construction work near by which started early but again we didnt mind as we were up and out early exploring the lovely Ostuni and nearby places.

Managing agent (wonderful Italy) pre-check in provided lots of information on Ostuni etc. Nice location in old town with lovely terraces to enjoy the sun with table and chairs.

The room we first stayed in had a leaking roof and a freezing cold damp bathroom so we got moved to the apartment next door which was better. However the water tank was leaking and the shower head covered in black mould. The agent didn’t apologise for the leak and we had to ask to move with no offer of compensation etc.

The location is amazing, right in the middle of the town, with a lovely view of the church from the balcony. The apartment is really really beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The shower temperature and pressure works perfectly.

Communication was difficult. They contacted me through three different mediums (whatsapp, email and their own platform) to arrange the check in but all of those mediums rejected my responses [also I find it quite unnecesary and annoying to have to figure their own platform which does not offer a good user-experience at all], so I kept getting notifications every half an hour for the 5 previous days. Which, of course, is a really annoying thing to happen while you're on holidays and want to stop checking emails as if you're at work. Also, they have a sign in the kitchen that says that if you don't take out the trash they will charge you 50 extra euros, so at the very last minute we were running around the town with the separated trash bags trying to find the proper place to dispose them, which was not the most magical way to end a holiday. When we told them about this while giving back the key they said we didn't have to do it, but the sign was there in the apartment. So I guess they should work on improving their communication.
