The host Carla was very helpful and friendly. Any questions I had were answered. If I return I will use this accomodation.

There was nothing to dislike

I liked that is in walking distance from central area and in safe neighbourhood. I liked the facilities and free parking.

The host was sending me many messages before I even came to the hotel about some city tax to pay and about my personal data. I was at the airport that time, flying to Italy, in a hurry and stress, and I just couldn't understand why I was bombarded with all the messages. This type of request I should get once I am in the hotel. The breakfast was very small and sweet, instead of coffee Americano I got espresso. The waitress didn't understand English, so we left the place hungry and me without coffee, as I don't like strong coffee. When we left we got many messages to do review for one night in that place. I was on holiday and I didn't want to send unkind response, so I didn't. After a month a got a new email to do review about this hotel. The place is nice, clean, modern but the host irritated. We think she doesn't have much experience with guests. General the worst service we had in Sardinia and we were there 10 days.

Great location and easy free local parking - but not secure parking. Carla is incredibly attentive and response. Lots of information available and a short work into the main areas. Also v well supported for a coeliac Without doubt totally lovely.

No real issues, only comment might be we would have maybe done more local cafes for breakfast rather than supplied breakfast. Only to get a more rounded experience in Cagliari

Everything was spotless, clean, modern, and very well kept. Carla was very friendly and helpful. The place is walking distance from the centre and very close to the port. A safe parking was available for our motor bike, at an additional expense.

An excellent facility close to the most attractive points of Cagliari. Very clean, comfortable with a very friendly, smiling and helpful owner. About 10-15 minutes by car from the airport, with good access to roads leading to the most beautiful beaches in the region.

Very nice and clean. Nice host. Everything was in order. You can park a whole day for 8 euros.

I don't know if I missed it in the description, but it's a shared place, which means there are two rooms, one has its own bathroom in the room, the other (the one we had) had its bathroom outside the room. And that's not my thing, and it brought down my experience. Again, don't know if I missed it when I ordered, but you also have to pay 3 euro in a tourist tax.

The location was great, close to the city center. Carla and her son were friendly and provided tons of recommendations during our stay. We had a lovely time and felt right at home! You can't go wrong by booking with Carla and we will be back soon again!
