Excellent host and a comfortable room

We had a great stay in Carla’s residence. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. The shower was great as well. We booked the room (blue room) with the external bathroom. The bathroom has a key and bathrobes were provided, so we didn’t have any issues with the bathroom being outside the room. Carla is extremely responsive and helpful. She also provided beach towels which made our stay even better. We paid extra for the private parking which is directly under the building and it was very easy and convenient. The location is easy to find and the location is perfect with a short walk to the city center and a bus stop for the beach around the corner.

The property would really be ideal for a family, group, or 2 couples who book both rooms and bathrooms and can then make better use of the common living room space as well and not feel like they have to lock the room doors. Also, the apartment has central AC and ceiling fans. The AC functioned well, but we would have preferred to be able to control the temperature in our own room as we prefer to sleep colder at night.

Great location, very clean, lovely decorations! A great place to stay if you are spending a night to a few days in Cagliari!

The apartment is perfect. Equipped with everything you need. Nice fit out and decoration so you can feel really like at home. Very clean. Quiet place. Parking availability. Good breakfast - drinks and food. Carla is a very caring owner. I wish I stayed longer in that place!
