Great location, spacious. Would suit a family if 4. Simply furnished.

Quite noisy at night, no air conditioning may bother some. There is a fan in the bedroom.

"Very good and spacious apartment!"

The apartment was very spacious, very equipped and warm. It had everything you may need for group of four and the location was very convenient for exploring Bologna. We were very satisfied with the commumication and Ares that welcomed us to hand over the keys.

Location is great. Short-beautiful architectural walk into the center Great icecream/bakery across the street and cafe/pizza place nearby. A small but cozy terrace with a view to a cozy backyard.

Bathroom-Bathing was a problem, as it was not possible to cover the shower, so the whole floor was swimming in water after a bath.
