Helpful tips from host Luca, who was always available. The town centre is within easy walking distance, as are all the essential shops. The surroundings and location are pleasantly quiet, and the beds are comfortable.

There’s very little crockery, so the large dishwasher isn’t really worth it. Maybe due to the flat’s location in an older building and perhaps the rainy weather, the flat sometimes felt slightly musty and earthy, even though there was really no reason for it inside.

Place was comfortable and clean. Private outdoor space was nice to have! Luca was a great host- helpful with recommendations and accommodating our needs. We enjoyed our stay!

"Wenn wir wieder in Bologna sind, dann wieder bei unserem Gastgeber Luca!"

Der Gastgeber ist absolut toll. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über den unkomplizierten Checkin mit vielen Empfehlungen für den Aufenthalt bis zum Checkout, bei dem er uns entgegenkam und uns ein Taxi zum Bahnhof gebucht hat, war alles top. Die Unterkunft ist groß, hat eine gemütliche Küche und einen tollen Innenhof. Die zwei separaten Zimmer sind auch großzügig. In den Zimmern kann man zudem eine andere Temperatur einstellen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war kontaktlos und damit super flexibel.

Wenn man überhaupt etwas kritisieren möchte: Das Haus ist insgesamt eher alt und versprüht vor der Wohnungstür einen eigenwilligen Geruch.
