L'espai de l'apartament és ampli, la cuina està molt equipada i tens molt espai de treball. Te dos splits d'aire condicionat i calefacció. El bany és gran i ampli. Vam trobar l'apartament molt net. La veritat és que hi vam estar molt bé tots els dies que varem estar-hi

Nosaltres vam estar-hi força dies i no ens va fer falta res però puc veure com algú que estigui en alguna estada més curta els pot fer falta una mica de bàsics com ara oli o sucre.

L'appartement est extrêmement bien placé, très facile d'accès depuis la gare. Proche de tout commerce. Très calme. La partie chambre est spacieuse, confortable. Bien équipé. Les hôtes sont arrangeants m'ayant permis de déposer mes bagages un peu plus tôt que le check in. Mon séjour a été très agréable.

Peut être un fond de cuisine ( huile d'olive, sel et poivre) quand on souhaite cuisiner un peu.

I had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Bologna. The location is excellent — right in the city center, yet surprisingly calm, which makes it easy to rest and sleep well. The apartment itself is charming, designed as a small duplex: downstairs there’s a fully equipped kitchenette and a nicely renovated bathroom, and upstairs there’s a comfortable bed and good space overall. The staircase between the two levels is solid and easy to use. Heating worked perfectly during my stay, and although I didn’t try the air conditioning, there are two units (one on each floor), which seems very practical for summer stays.

The bathroom, although it has shower doors, has a persistent problem: every time you shower, water escapes outside and floods the bathroom. I reported this issue, and the staff did come to fix it, but even after their repair, the problem persisted. Some of the windows open toward an internal courtyard, and unfortunately, the air from that side often smelled of cigarette smoke, so it wasn’t very pleasant to keep them open. Guests are also asked to take out their trash at the end of the stay, which I found inconvenient — especially since cleaning staff come afterwards anyway — and I didn’t get a clear answer on where exactly to dispose of it. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, which makes carrying large suitcases challenging. Another frustrating point is the key handover. There is no system for leaving a code or a key somewhere; instead, you have to wait for someone to come and deliver it. I arrived at 9 PM and had to pay extra for the staff to come and let me in — not exactly a late-night arrival, but still an unnecessary hassle and extra cost. Finally, checkout is at 10:00 AM, which feels quite early, and my request for a slightly later checkout was declined.

Locatie heel centraal en zeer rustig appartement

Gevaarlijke smalle trap vanuit eetkamer en keuken naar slaapkamer en historische balk boven bed waaraan ik mij meermaals heb gestoten. Geen interessant uitzicht op de omgeving.
