Not worth for the money!

great location, a short walk from Bologna train station and excellent access to the City of Bologna. bed very comfortable though access to upper area was steep and narrow with a beam over the bed! washing machine was a big plus. very quiet.

We stood in the rain waiting for 30 mins access into the property. The facilities were mixed with broken items in the kitchen area and a lack of basic items such as cups and wine glasses. the shower area was frankly disgusting. it was blocked so I unblocked it. not a nice job. we don’t believe the property could comfortably sleep 4. The sofa bed was small and uncomfortable as a sofa.

- Top location at the heart of the city. Everything one needs is accessible by foot. - Air conditioning unit in both living room and sleeping areas. A valuable addition for hot Italian summer. - Extra sofa bed for couch surfing friends. - Washing machine and all detergents readily available at the apartment.

- It's an attic apartment. You have to climb several stories of relatively narrow flights to get in. Might not be suitable if you travel with a lot of luggage. - Extra sofa bed has some serious wear and tear.
