eines der Auszieh-Sofas war nur etwas klapprig und ist beim Drauflegen zerfallen, wir mussten es nochmal neu einstellen und dann ging es.

Apartamento completo, limpíssimo, todo equipado, com elevador e excelente localização. Ambientes grandes, aconchegantes, úteis, arejado e ótima iluminação natural e vista.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Bologna. The location is excellent – very central and perfect for exploring the city. The apartment itself is a good size, nicely laid out, and generally a pleasant place to stay.

There are, however, a few things to be aware of. The sofa beds are unfortunately not fit for purpose; they kept collapsing, which made them uncomfortable and unusable for sleeping. Because of this, the apartment does not comfortably sleep 8 as advertised – realistically, it sleeps 4. The sofa beds definitely need updating. One of the showers wasn’t great, though still usable, and the blind in the living room wasn’t working during our stay.

It was spacious and great showers.

Good location and not far away from the bus stop. Convenient supermarket around there

All good except the outside garbage and bad smell need avoid that
