Location was an excellent and the size of the apartment.

The address on Booking.com is INCORRECT which made it difficult to find with a taxi dropping us off 10 mins walk away and the lady who met us waving at the end of the street to hurry up. There was no response to no kitchen light for a week. We stayed for 3 weeks and we were given 1 dishwasher tablet, and there were no basics such as pepper or oil. Suggest you ask Wonderful Italy to make sure you are given basic supplies. The lady that met us was in such a hurry that we felt like a huge nuisance after a 24 hr flight. The bedside light needs rewiring, needs a kitchen light bulb and a major clean to the kitchen exhaust fan and switches, the sofa needs a deep clean and generally the apartment needs attention.

Beautiful building, lovely genuine old furniture, fabulous location, nice rooftop views. Quiet side street (except for partying on Friday and Saturday nights). Was great to be met rather than collecting key from a keybox. Very accommodating staff, arranged earlier check-in after all-night travel; they fixed modem promptly when we reported it was not working.

A very special place! The building overall and the apartment is impressing. Antique style with old furniture and nice decor collection. Located in the heart of Genoa old town, sometimes it could be a little bit noisy and some narrow streets nearby might felt unsafe but I didn't experienced anything bad. Big windows and view was lovely.

Would be good to have a coffee machine (instead of coffee maker). For short terms for me it is easier to make a capsule coffee :)

A beautiful apartment. Well situated. Comfortable bed. Everything we needed. Especially, we were met by a real person. Due to complexity of streets this was appreciated.

The electricity cut out 2 or 3 times. There were instructions to sort this. Didn't appear to be smoke alarms.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich absolut perfekt in einem historischen Palazzo gelegen und ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Wir haben die Wohnung zu Dritt genutzt. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch Cristina war leicht und wir haben für EUR 10/Tag in der Nähe einen Garagenparkplatz dazu mieten können. Die sehr responsive und zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit der Hauptagentur und mit Cristina erfolgte via WhatsApp. Es gab in beiden Zimmern eine sehr effizient wirkende Klimaanlage. Wir bevorzugten jedoch, das Fenster zu öffnen. Nachts gab es ein paar laute Passant:innen, aber das ist ganz normal in einer Stadt. Die Duschbrause war super, was wir bei der Hitze sehr geschätzt haben.

Nach der Reinigung gab es noch ein paar wenige Haare im Bad und der Wasserhahn in der Küche war kaum befestigt. Aber das störte uns kaum. Die booking-Vorgabe, dass es nur ein Set Hand- und Duschtücher gibt – auch für 4 Tage im Hochsommer – ist fraglich. Für mehr Tücher muss deshalb verständlicherweise extra gezahlt werden.
