Près de la gare de bologne ,pour effectuer des déplacements aux alentours.L' Acceuil avec la possibilité de laisser nos valises avant l'heure prévue.merci

Points négatifs 2°étage pas fait pour personne à mobilité réduite, escalier très pénible Équipement de restauration limite pour 4 personnes Le matelas dans un état inacceptable de saleté(voir photo) 1 chambre ouverte sur le couloir d'entrée manque intimité et canapé dans la cuisine salon. Odeur égout dans salle de bain. Pas de cafetière un comble en italie. En résumé  pour 2 personnes peut-être pour 4 personnes ,je ne pense pas.... à vous de juger

El apartamento bonito ..y ubicacion tambien aunque es detras de estacion y hay un poco de gente rarilla llegar tarde da un poco de miedo

Appartamento molto carino e spazioso vicino alla stazione e in una zona molto tranquilla. Bagno super con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di un paio di giorni. Alessio è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

L’emplacement, près de la gare, boulangerie juste à côté,… J’ai adoré le miroir de la salle de bain, la propreté, la dame qui nous a accueilli très très gentille, bref…. On a passé un super séjour, merci

"Гарна квартира, але потребує догляду."

Чудове розташування, 5 хв. від виходу з Markoni expres. Затишна тиха вулиця. Прекрасна кав'ярня-пекарня навпроти, ранкова випічка чудова. Проблем з заселенням не було, зустріли, завели, все розказали. Єдине - в будинку дуже довгі і круті сходи, у кого проблеми з колінами - не раджу. З важким багажем теж проблемно піднятися. В квартирі хороший санвузол, укомплектована кухня, навіть є кавоварка-мокко. Ліжко зручне, постіль свіжа. Про розкладний диван буде нижче.

Диван жахливий, весь у плямах, до нього страшно було доторкнутися. За гроші на прибирання (десь 4000 грн) можна давно було замовити хімчистку. По чистоті в квартиріі - майже не прибирається, лише зміна білизни, рушників, може десь протерли. Під ліжком і диваном куча пилу. Край необхідне нормальне прибирання.

"Piso bien pero falta calidez"

El piso está bien situado y en una zona tranquila

Para estar dos tres días está bien pero si vas a estar más necesita un lavado de cara y hacerlo más confortable y acogedor. Faltan cosas de cocina básicas. El sofá no es muy cómodo y no estaba muy limpio.
