Perfekte Lage! Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen dort, hat super gepasst.

L'appartement est agréable , bien équipé , très bien situé en plein cœur de Bologne. Notre hôte a été à l'écoute de nos demandes. Il était là pour nous accueillir. Check in et check out faciles. L'ambiance extérieure est animée et pénètre l'appartement, mais cela reste tout à fait supportable.

Certaines lampes et points lumineux ne fonctionnent pas toujours ( lampe de chevet, appliques murales clignotantes voire défectueuses )

Casa sporca, letti sfatti, asciugamani sporchi, rifiuti lasciati dai precedenti ospiti, casa senza lampadine in camera da letto e nel soggiorno col divano letto, mancanza di prolunghe, luce del bagno che si accendeva e spegneva. Chi ha dato le chiavi ha detto che avrebbe risolto in breve tempo ma non si è occupato di noi. Alla consegna della casa alle 15.00, l'abitazione non era pronta, abbiamo potuto soggiornarvi solo alle 17.30 dopo che ho sollecitato la Wonderful Italy almeno per fornirci lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. La pulizia fatta è stata sommaria. Polvere ovunque, eccessiva sulla cappa della cucina. Sono amareggiata. Con Booking non mi era mai successo in tanti anni.

The property is really central. You are located just off the main square. The apartment could not have been closer to all attractions. The apartment is comfortable has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The check in / prior contact was quite challenging. We booked through booking.com and depicted our check in time. We were then sent a link to do the pre check in requirements via the wonderful Italy website. Then we were contacted via WhatsApp to confirm our check in time. It just seemed really “clunky”. We were met by a representative and all was fine. The apartment was clean enough, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen had been cleaned at a surface level. However, there was a considerable amount of dust in the extractor fan. The company reminded us to wash dishes before we left, however they were never actually properly clean when we arrived (greasy marks on plates, lip marks on glasses etc) The checkout process was similar to the check in process. Booking.com stated check out was 10am and so did the Wonderful Italy web page. However, we were also told at check in we needed to be checked out by 10am and then sent a WhatsApp the day before check out reminding us.

I did not like anything from this place. It was really dirty. Making food on the stove, the dirt came down from the fan. The table were dusty, everywhere is not clean. The microwave smelled rotten med food, and the plug did not even work, I had to move the microwave to microwave my hot water, because hot water machine and coffee machine looks unclean. I had to clean the bathroom shower before I step inside.

It is dirty!!!! Please clean your apartment. Not just surface, but deep clean it. And check all your plugs . And please tell people on booking.com that your apartment is at 4th level, like 85 steps , people like us we have luggages, to bring them up and down is not easy.

The property is located in a fantastic location, 1 minute walk from Piazza Maggiore and the old food markets. It was also very close to where we needed to meet our tour guides for the various tours we had arranged. On arrival we met with the property manager who explained all the ins and outs of the property. The other charming factor about this property is you can hear the local musicians who are playing in the Piazza from around lunchtime until about 10pm.

There were two minor things I didn’t like and they were how long it took for hot water to get to the shower and the amount of stairs that lead to the apartment. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
