Torre dell'Orologio Apartment by Wonderful Italy

Unfortunately, I took a chance because tis property had no reviews but I liked the photos. The worse communication I've experienced with a rental. Four flights of stairs. No working coffee machine for the morning. Overcharged on the bill. Not cleaned properly with cobwebs, toenail clippings and hair from previous tenants. I sent photos to the agency. Nice view from living room and bedroom , and hot shower. Local contact didn't have a phone! Not using this company again. Went to next door very helpful hotel to request taxi.

- there were loose sockets with wires coming out of the wall, which is a safety risk. the sockets were coming out and couldn't be used -some socket holes were completely uncovered with wires sticking out of them - the apartment was very noisy which made it hard to sleep, the appliances were making the noise - the shower was either scaliding hot or freezing cold - the shower was also broken - the wifi didn't work

Fantastic location for getting straight out to Piazza Maggiore and lovely view.

The apartment is full of character but a few small things around it need fixing: shower wall attachment, bedroom drawers. Take ear plugs because of church bells, but they are lovely to hear.

I liked the appartment, the big windows with the light and the view to the main square, the decoration, having all the equipment needed and finally that when a problem with the heat appear, it was fixed in an hour.

I didn't like that we were asked many times for our papers, to send them digitally, before and after the arrival, as well as that at some point there was no hot water and heat, something that was fixed.

Perfectly located in the city centre. comfortable and enough space for three people. 3rd floor keeps you away from the street and provides a nice view towards Piazza Maggiore.

a Little noisy at Night but possibly unavoidable in the city Center. Sofa bed not very comfortable.
