Nothing :( We have very bad experience especially the 2nd night with a very serious problem - leak from the ceiling - attached photos :(

Unfortunately, our experience at this apartment was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the photos on the listing had been heavily edited—what we found was a space that felt worn out, tired, and not particularly clean. It was far from what we had expected based on the presentation online. The apartment was located down in the basement. Right next to its entrance was the exit to the indoor parking lot and unfortunately every time someone passed through the door there was a terrible banging sound and it was too noisy, including after 11pm. On our first night, there was only enough hot water for one person to shower, even though we were a group of four. We contacted the host for help, but instead of providing clear instructions on how to resolve the issue, they simply asked, “How many people took a shower?” It was frustrating and unhelpful. Eventually, hot water returned after a few hours, but the lack of basic support set a bad tone. The following night, things got significantly worse. A serious leak appeared in the ceiling—directly above the sofa bed where 2 people was supposed to sleep. Water was dripping onto the bed, making it completely unusable. The leak was also from the lamp hole, which could have been very dangerous due to the electricity. We immediately tried to contact the host using both Booking.com and the phone numbers provided in the check-in information. Despite multiple attempts, no one ever responded—not that night, and not even in the days that followed. The complete lack of communication was unacceptable. Because of the leak and the safety concern, we had to rearrange everything ourselves and squeeze all four of us into the bedroom. We even moved the sofa to prevent further damage. The situation was stressful, especially for the children, and it significantly affected the quality of our stay. In its current state and with this level of service, we definitely NOT recommend this property.

Location and it was whery cline!

Cooperation with the owner… Our flight was very late, we asked the owner if we could leave our suitcases so we could have easier , but he didn't respond at all. I didn't like this on his or her part At 10 AM we had to leave the apartment with our suitcases.

The location and the facilities

It says that it has a parking place, but they actually indicate a payed parking next, so there’s no parking included

The apartments they gave us instead of the original one were apartments in good condition.

I booked and paid for an apartment, but when I arrived, I found other guests' belongings inside. Frightened, I immediately closed the door and contacted the host. Her initial response was for me to book another hotel, despite it being 11 PM and the fact that I had already paid for my stay.She then made a reservation at a hotel where we weren't accepted, leaving us without a solution for two hours. She even suggested I return to the original apartment to ask the other guests to leave, which I obviously refused to do. Eventually, she offered an apartment far from the city center, which wasn’t practical since I only had one day in Verona.The second night, she arranged a closer apartment and promised to cover the taxi costs and offer a discount for the trouble. However, she was unresponsive throughout the day, and I had to resolve everything through Booking.com as she failed to provide any real solutions.

We had a great stay overall, but there's a small issue with the hot water. If your group is larger than 2-3 people, you might need to stagger your showers, as the hot water runs out quickly.

Location is the only positive point in our stay.

Definitely, not for a family or long stay (more than 3 days). The first point is about accessibility—it is not accessible. To get the lift, you need to go through 5 stair steps. To go out of the lift, you need to go through 2 stair steps. To enter the apartment, take 1 more stair step. So, NOT ACCESIBLE. When we arrived, the apartment was without electricity. When we asked for the manager of the property, he told us to go to the electricity control panel and move the light pin. When I asked if was safe, the person was sarcastic: "Sure, madame.". The electricity should have been working when I arrived. Simple like that. The radiators don't work. There is only one air conditioner in the entire apartment, that is not enough. We got cold during the night. The blankets provided were dirty and did not have covers/protectors available to use. As the apartment has no washing machine, if you need to stay a few days, you will not have cleaned towels. When we arrived, the cleaning was not really good. (example: on the toilet was toilet sanitized band, but above it, hairs spreaded) For me, it was a really bad experience. I would never recommend this accommodation.
