Gar nichts - war eine Katastrophe

Einzelzimmer wurde über Booking bestätigt mit Zimmer und Meerblick. Bekommen haben wir eine Dunkelkammer ohne Fenster. Lieber die Unterkunft Flo Flo wählen. Ist echt top dort

"Very bad practice. I don't recommend reservation of this hotel through booking.com."

The room was fine. The drain of the shower was not good. The kitchen was useful for guests.

They took duplication of the accommodation fee. While I paid via my debit card of Banco de Chile at the reception, they pulled out the same amount from my credit card using the credit card number which I informed booking.com. I requested refund via booking.com but they didn't respond. Booking.com is also ignoring my request for refund.
