Luxury Tower House in heart of Pisa

What a beautiful apartment and so much space right in the heart of Pisa. Just by the Arno River and walking distance from the station and to the Leaning Tower with lots of eating places nearby. The historic walls combined with modern tasteful furnishings are a delight. I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

È stata un'esperienza meravigliosa: non si tratta di un semplice appartamento. È tutto perfetto, a partire dall'atmosfera creata, sicuramente trasmessa da Patrizia, la migliore padrona di casa mai conosciuta. Ha assecondato ogni richiesta, con professionalità e gentilezza. Sicuramente torneremo, perché si torna sempre nei posti in cui stiamo bene e qui siamo stati benissimo.

Si tratta di uno degli appartamenti più originali in cui sia mai stato, con elementi ricercatissimi e costruito per far star bene chi ci vive dentro. Spazi molto ampi, ascensore che arriva in stanza, letto circolare enorme, bagno con tutto l'occorrente, ottimo segnale WiFi e molte bevande offerte all'ospite. Davvero un'ottima scelta per Pisa!

Solo un piccolo dettaglio: vista l'abbondanza di spazi sarebbe bello poter avere una scrivania ampia in cui poter lavorare; attualmente ce n'è una piccolissima e già occupata da macchina del caffè, vassoio, lampade, modem, ...

Excellent location, central but quiet. Large rooms, very clean and very comfortable bed. Good showers, cool design . Helpful communication.

Would have been nice to have some coffee as well as some tea sachets and perhaps a corkscrew? Wi-Fi router very noisy so had to switch off at night. Minor quibbles but would have made it a 10 otherwise.

숙소가 매우 아름다웠으며 숙소를 사랑하는 주인의 마음이 느껴졌음. 넓은 한개 층을 단독으로 사용할 수 있어서 좋았으며 1층의 공용공간에 캡슐커피 기계와 우산이 준비되어 있어 잘 이용하였음. 다만 전기체계가 복잡하여 소등이 어려웠으며 드라이기를 코드에 꽂았음에도 적절히 작동하지 않았음. 할 수 없이 TV에 연결된 선을 뽑아서 드라이기를 겨우 사용했음. 추측컨데 예전 전기체계에서 (구멍 세개) 새로운 전기체계로 변화가 있었지 않나 추정됨. 전기사용이 불편한 점, 집은 매우 넓음에도 구조가 적절하지 않아 마냥 편하지는 않음. 예를 들어 TV는 크고 좋았으나 침실이 아니라 소파가 있는 거실에 배치했어야 하지 않나 생각됨. 간단하게라도 취사도구(칼, 접시, 컵, 포크 등)이 있었으면 좋았을 것 같으나 전기포트, 컵만 거실에 존재함. 위치는 역과 피사탑에서 모두 가까워서 매우 좋았으며 걸을 수 있는 거리에 여러 아시아 식당들이 존재하였음

피사역에 오후7시에 도착함. 숙소앞에 와서 벨을 눌렀는데 열어주지 않아 당황함. 일단 나의 잘못은 도착시간을 알리지 않은 점이었음. 들어가는 방법을 몰라 고민스러웠고 숙소 주인도 본인이 숙소에서 5분거리에 있다고만 문자를 줘서 어떻게 해야 할지 고민스러웠음. WhatsApp에 Booking.com에 기록된 번호를 입력하고 연결이 되었고 주인이 진짜 바로 옆집에 살고 있어 와서 문을 열어줌. 유럽은 이런식으로 운영되는 곳이 많다는 것을 알고 있어 그나마 늦게나마 들어갈 수 있었는데 내가 처음 겨울에 유럽에서 겪었던 경험을 생각하면 사전 공지가 예약자에게 반드시 이루어져야 한다고 생각됨.

The host was so sweet and accommodating! They also went above and beyond to provide small touches for extra comfort eg water, toiletries etc. the bed was very comfortable. this was a very unique place to stay and close to lots of shops, restaurants etc. we had a great experience!
