Luxury Tower House in heart of Pisa

Upon early arrival we called Patrizia and she arrived within a few minutes to show us around the property and to our floor. We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. There is a long shopping street running parallel to the property's road. Our apartment was stunning! Beautifully designed, bright and spacious. The air con was the best we'd experienced in Italy during this trip which was a godsend as it was 38 degrees. The place was spotlessly clean and Patrizia made everything easy for us. The property was about a 10-15 minute walk for us pulling cases in this heat from the train station so we asked Patrizia to order us a taxi for our return trip 2 days later which she did. The taxi cost around €12. We would definitely like to stay here again and would highly recommend it.

The rooms were fabulous and spacious, and the property host was as nice as one could ever hope. The location couldn’t be better. Very close to the main pedestrian way, and a short walk to the tower. I’ll add we had a small problem (not an issue with the property!), and the host was very helpful as we found a solution. We would stay again without hesitation.

Nothing

We stayed in a sectioned-off part of the apartment, giving us privacy. The apartment was beautifully renovated to a high standard while keeping some of the old features, making it a unique stay. Both beds were big and very comfortable, including the sofa bed. The access to the floor was controlled by a lift key, making sure no one else could gain access. The apartment was spotless and extremely clean with plenty of towels available. The apartment is located a short 10-minute walk from the leaning tower and the main train station. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around and you aren't short on choice.

The only bathroom was located in one of the bedrooms, but since I was travelling with my family, it wasn't a big deal. The safe wasn't bolted to a wall, basically making the use of the safe pointless as it could be taken out of the apartment.

I only stayed one night and it was amazing

The host/owner of the property was absolutely fantastic! She met us when we arrived and showed us around. She explained where everything was and answered any questions we had. There was even an elevator (key controlled) that stopped only at our room which we felt was pretty secure. During our stay, she was available to answer any additional questions we had. And, I had quite a few about the local area. When we left, she arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The location was perfect with only a short walk to shopping, attractions, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Pisa.

The only thing we didn't like about our stay was having to leave. It was so cozy and had plenty of space and the host/owner was so accommodating.
