Mutina Suites

Het was heel moeilijk om in het appartement te komen. Je moet veel oneline invullen en foto’s maken. De sleutel gaat via een app op je telefoon. We zijn er lang mee bezig geweest. Het appartement is heel sober en de bank stinkt naar hond.

Parking was far, no elevator, very small space (though this is expected in the city center)

the position is excellent. Also the person in charge of checking in and out was always present, helpful and very nice☺️. the bed was very comfortable and the kichennete was good. the coffee was so good😁

The chechink in was difficult and confusing specially when you arrive you are tired, and it's not interesting to solve a maze to enter. the checking in started long before online. the floor wasn't clean specially in the toilet was full of someone else's hair on the floor. the other small problem was that coffee cups were missing. we used the plastic cups from the loo. there were many cooking casseroles and cutlery though.

Good location

Very hard to get in and out of the apartment door. It would be very bad if there was a fire. Shower tiles were falling off. It smelled musty. The whole place was run down. Needed a renovation. Bad view of a back wall. Heard the sounds very distinctly of two people having sex upstairs when we tried to get into our apartment. So in other words very thin non insulated walls.

Location was amazing!

Everything was great. If I were to be really nitpicking the entrance is a bit of a hassle.

Modena is a really beautiful and interesting city and the apartment was well-placed to enjoy it.

I'm sorry about this, but it was a disaster. I spent an hour thee night before trying to log-on to their system. I ended up in a deeply frustrating text-message dialogue when all the host had to do was call me. When we got there the entry was deeply confusing, the most incomprehensible door-handle I've ever known. The apartment is modern but it is dark and small and the toilet has a transparent door a yard away from the bed. We have stayed in 15 Booking.com propertes over the last month and this was the only bad one.
