Location was ok. We only stayed here because we had dinner at Osteria Francescana. But it was not a good choice.n

The property looked much larger in pictures. They do the trick of posting photos with mirrors in the walls and with gran angular lenses so everything looks like a big space. Hardly the case. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, the room tiny with a bathroom at 40 cm from the bed. The door slides leaving either the shower open or the wc shown. The air extractor is pretty loud. It is extremelly expensive for the accomodation provided. Besides they have this idiotic way of opening the room that is with your phone that needs to be connected to the internet. In couple of ocations it did not work. I find this extremelly unsafe in case of an emergency, because you can’t exit without your phone and internet connection. If there is a fire or something and you don’t have your phone, then you can’t exit. Anyways, I do not recommend this place at the price point we paid, which was about 160 euros per night.

Storage for your luggage (not secured) they charge you €10, check in before 3 pm (even it is 2 minutes before) will cost you €20 You sleep (almost) next to the toilet.

Ottima posizione in centro a Modena e appartamento nel complesso carino con soggiorno con angolo cottura separati. Procedura di check in automatica e staff gentile nelle comunicazioni. Segnalo che, come si vede anche dalle foto, almeno nella camera dove siamo stati, l’ingresso della doccia è a vista in camera da letto e il bagno con wc è davvero molto vicino al letto

Convenient location

Way much hassle for 150 EUR/ night. Whoever deaigned this did not think it through at all. 1. Overly complicated access to the apartment. If i have to watch a video to figure out how to open the door, you’re doing something wrong. Also access to the building/apartment requires good internet connection since it’s all automated, and mobile data coverage is patchy due to the surrounding buildings. 2. Awful bathroom arrangement - toilet is located half a meter from the bed, and has a sliding TRANSPARENT glass door so make sure you’re comfortable with your partner or travelling companion lying in bed and watching you sit on the toilet. It’s terrible and makes no sense 3. Shower leaks into the bedroom, I walked out of the shower to find huge pools of water everywhere and well under the bed, and had to use all available towels to mop that up 4. Really think this apartment should not accept pets, the place is super small and cramped and there was a strong smell of dog urine inside. 5. You can hear everytime someone climbs up and down the building stairs, to the point where you can easily be woken up in the middle of the night, that’s how loud it is 6. Property hadn’t been cleaned properly - bedside tables are terribly dirty and covered in dust Not what I expect for the money. Avoid.

Very good property, clean and cozy! Perfect place for a short trip!
