Breakfast buffet was great and the view from the open air breakfast location was amazing. Location great and the double rooms overlooking the sea were simply outstanding. Sunbeds comfortable and the service was really good at the beach club. Bothe pools were beautiful with amazing views.

Coffee wasn't the best and the speed of service at breakfast was a little slow..

Śniadania ok..Lokalizacja świetna - nad samym morzem ,ale blisko do centrum Tanie taxi 250TL. Piękny wystój, wygodne łóżka.

Czyściutki,świetny prywatny basen ALE ZIMNY na początku pażdżiernika.Niewielka pompa ciepła do podgrzewania wody w basenie gdy jest to potrzebne OGROMNIE PODNIOSŁA BY KOMFORT apartamentu !!!!!!!! Ceny jedzenia w restauracjach absurdalnie wysokie.Turcja tania? Nie w Kalkan!

TERRIBLE STAFF ALMOST ALL HAD EITHER NO CLUE OR DIDN'T GIVE A TOSS. GENERAL MANAGER WAS COMPLETELY USELESS. I booked this hotel based on the excellent reviews and to be honest I think most of the good reviews must come from the Beach Club rather than the hotel experience. Whilst the hotel clearly garners its 4 star rating from the rooms which are lovely the rest of the place leaves a lot to be desired. The pools are NOT heated and are absolutely freezing, we went 30th Sept-10th October. There was only the sea warm enough to swim in. My biggest gripe however is the staff. With few exception they were all APPALLING. If they had had name tags on I would love to have called some out in particular the General Manager. You will know who you are and you are absolutely terrible at your job. All the staff care more about what's on their mobile phone than actually doing their job. The manager being one of the worst offenders! . He spent most of his time loitering around staring at his phone or sitting eating his breakfast at the same time as the guests. Bar staff didn't know how to make drinks, ignored you whilst staring at their phones, smoked whilst serving, canoodled with girlfriend .. the list goes on and on. Breakfast was a shambles. The selection was poor. If you got what you asked for it was a miracle, that is if you were even asked. Ask for a coffee, get a tea. Ask for an omelette don't get it at all. It became quite entertaining to us to see what we would actually get from what we had asked for. We had some bad weather whilst there and we had a jacuzzi room at the top of the hotel - it LEAKED LIKE A SIEVE. The floor in the room was very dangerous because there was so much water lying on the tiled floor which was pouring in from the windows. I called reception for towels to mop up but guess what? They never came. Now don't get me started on house keeping! Out of the 10 nights we were there we only got a shower matt 3 of the days so we had to use a hand towel so we did not break a neck. We went to bed the first night and found there was nothing there other than pillows. Luckily I had spotted a duvet in the wardrobe when unpacking so dug it out and made the bed myself! After that there was no effort to put cushions on the bed they were just left on the floor. There was a big sticky stain by the kettle area when we moved in and the floor was never moped or brushed. The lounge area was never cleaned not even the cushions on the sofa arranged. Quite a few other guests complaining about all of the same things. Come on Lures you don't charge cheap prices so up your game. You have a lovely asset but are so being let down by your choice of staff.

Все очень понравилось, кровати, белье, мягчайшие халаты. Безумно красивый вид с балкона. Очень внимательный персонал. Однозначно вернусь!

Facilities were superb. Large comfy beds. Great showers. Amazing views. Lovely helpful staff.

Nothing not to like

Huge, modern room, with a wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. Amazing beach club. Fantastic breakfast.
