Huge, modern room, with a wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. Amazing beach club. Fantastic breakfast.

The property is stunning: wonderful views, beautifully furnished room, everything is clean and new.

The only things to concern about are poor and unprofessional service of the reception and BED BUGS! I’ve spent 3 nights at the hotel and every morning I woke up I had awful bites on my body that got worse and worse. I spoke with two reception managers about it. The first one said: “Oh, that looks very bad, but what do you want from us?”. The second manager said: “Maybe you had this bites when you went out to town,and I won’t apologise because that would mean I admit we have this problem.” Very strange reaction from a luxurious hotel’s managers. Very disappointing. Also the breakfast was like in a 3* hotel.

Not staying at hotel so this is just a review of beach club which we attended for 1 day. Positive points - steps into sea easier than other places, newer environment and food of good standard. Negative points - customer service from staff really very poor and overall made experience poor - staff slow to take orders, ignored orders and very slow to respond to sun lounger button (could be tech or staff failing here), failed to clear empty glasses, cups etc from loungers, even after taking new orders (we made quite a collection by end of day), one girl yawned regularly when taking my order then forgot our order so had to repeat several times. At cafe service bit better, but all staff pretty grumpy, junior and demotivated. (in one case a waiter actually got a bit keen clearing plates before half table finished) . Payment to reserve beds required advance payment, so slightly off putting but was ok if service had been top notch. Sun loungers comfy but metal frames - so hotter than sun if needed to adjust headrest/touched metal frame by mistake. Overall vibe and customer service was not great so went to several other places instead- zest overall best. Probably wouldn’t book at hotel as result next year.

great day, very luxurious. highly recommend this against other beach clubs, it is a bit of a hidden gem. just be prepared to spend the minimum spend but if you have lunch then no problem!

Best day of our holiday was going to Lures beach club, we felt like VIP guests from the moment we arrived, we actually spent less at Lures than a pay as you go budget beach club

The beach club is part of Lures hotel. We were very well treated and have been there more than once. There is a charge to use the Beach Club but this is offset against any food and drinks purchased so it is good value for money. We would highly recommend!
