المشكلة فقط الاسانسير او المصعد تلات مصاعد فقط لفندق بهذا الحجم يسبب تزاحم وتأخر غير ذلك كل شئ رائع

الموقع قربه من الكورنيش ومطل عليه

حجزت من بوكنق وتم وضعي مع الاطفال في طابق المدخنين ونكلم الموظف يقول كنسل واحجز من جديد وتفاهم مع بوكنق ماهم المبلغ اللي دفعته يعني ولا راعى وجود الاطفال في اليوم التالي قابلت المدير المناوب وماقصر يعطيه العافيه وقلته اللي صار ونقلني غرفه تمام بعد انتهاء يوم كامل في مقر التدخين ..

الموقع

التأخير في استلام الغرفه وبالرغم من اني خاطبت الفندق برغبتي بالتسجيل المبكر بالدخول المناشف (الفوط) مهتريه من كثر الاستعمال والغسيل وكذلك الشرشف بالغرفة لدي كان مقطوع رائحة المجاري في الغرفة وبالرغم من تغير الغرفه لي نفس المشكله وفي مواقف السيارت كذلك رائحة مجاري وجود صراصير صغيره بالغرفه (الصرصور الألماني ) تم ابلاغ ادارة الفندق بالسلبيات ولكن للأسف دون جدي وعدم مبالاة بهو الفندق غير نظيف (اللوبي ) وكذلك الممرات بالدوار عدم تنظيف المصاعد وكذلك دورات المياة بالدور الارضي بخلف الاستقبال بشكل دوري تم ارسال ايميل الي مدير الفندق بجميع الملاحظات ولكن للاسف لم يتم الرد علي ولم يتم تقديم اعتذار لا انصح احد بالتفكير بالسكن بهذا الفندق السيئ جدا جدا جدا وشكرا
